About METEOR M2-3
METEOR M2-3 is a satellite from Russia (or the former Soviet Union), launched on Jun 27, 2023 from Vostochny Cosmodrome.
It circles Earth every 101 minutes (14.2 times a day), between 809 and 815 km up, on an orbit tilted 98.6° to the equator, so its path covers latitudes up to 81° north and south.
The map shows where it is right now; the pass list tells you when it next comes over your location.
Orbit height over the past year
Over the last 366 days its lowest point went from 809 km to 809 km. Sudden rises are engine burns that lift the orbit; slow declines are drag from the thin upper atmosphere.
From Space-Track element sets, one point a day.
