Moonrise in each city

Times in Korean time. The Moon looks biggest and most golden just after it rises.

Find a place with an open view low toward the east: a riverbank, a hill, a high floor.
Go out right at moonrise: low over the horizon it looks huge and golden.
A phone on night mode, or zoomed in on a tripod, catches the rising Moon over buildings.
