Find a satellite with your camera
Point your phone at the sky and see where the ISS, Tiangong, Hubble or a Starlink train is: a camera overlay with a countdown to the next pass.
1. Pick a satellite
Satellites you can see with the naked eye, and your favorites. The one visible soonest is first.
Set your location first: passes depend on where you are.
The circle is the calculated position, not something the camera sees: most satellites are too faint for a phone camera, so look with your eyes. Phone compasses can be off by 10–20°; calibrate if the circle is clearly off from the stars.
